Eligibility &amp; Accounts<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"abagd-list\">\n<li>You must be a licensed dentist in good standing to apply for accreditation and examinations.<\/li>\n<li>You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any portal credentials.<\/li>\n<li>You agree to provide accurate, complete information and update it as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"abagd-h2\">3. Examinations &amp; Conduct<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"abagd-list\">\n<li>All candidates must follow the Candidate Handbook and exam security protocols.<\/li>\n<li>Misconduct (cheating, sharing content, identity fraud) may result in loss of eligibility.<\/li>\n<li>Exams are offered once per year, with limited seating and deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"abagd-h2\">4. Fees &amp; Refunds<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"abagd-list\">\n<li>Fees are shown at registration. Some fees are non-refundable except as required by policy or law.<\/li>\n<li>Payments are processed only through approved providers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"abagd-h2\">5. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n<p>ABAGD content, trademarks, and examination materials are protected by law. You may not copy or distribute them without written permission.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"abagd-h2\">6. Acceptable Use<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"abagd-list\">\n<li>No unlawful or harmful activity on our website or systems.<\/li>\n<li>No scraping or extraction of exam content or candidate data.<\/li>\n<li>No attempts to bypass security or access other users\u2019 information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"abagd-h2\">7.
