By accessing ABAGD services or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be a licensed dentist in good standing to apply for accreditation and examinations.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any portal credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete information and update it as needed.

3. Examinations & Conduct

• All candidates must follow the Candidate Handbook and exam security protocols.
• Misconduct (cheating, sharing content, identity fraud) may result in loss of eligibility.
• Exams are offered once per year, with limited seating and deadlines.

4. Fees & Refunds

• Fees are shown at registration. Some fees are non-refundable except as required by policy or law.
• Payments are processed only through approved providers.

5. Intellectual Property

ABAGD content, trademarks, and examination materials are protected by law. You may not copy or distribute them without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful or harmful activity on our website or systems.
• No scraping or extraction of exam content or candidate data.
• No attempts to bypass security or access other users’ information.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

• Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
• ABAGD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Liability exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also subject to ABAGD privacy policies regarding collection and use of personal data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws in United States of America. Venue lies in the courts located in United States of America.
